Nice atmosphere, polite and professional employees. The chef makes the food in front of you while putting on a lotte show. The food also was excellent. Recommend this place for a nice meal.

A throwback to when teppanyaki was first started in Japan after the war (when occupying American military forces demanded to eat steak). It's fun and touristy, with the emphasis on fun. It feels cut from another time. A little pricey, but a visit to Okinawa is not complete without a visit to this specific location.

Thanks to the bright staff, we were able to enjoy the meal.Is it a shop for tourists, such as performances grilled on iron plates? I think, but it was good because I went as a tourist!It is better if the price is a little lower.

Great dinner spot located on the always busy Kokusai street venue. The menu is a slightly expensive Teppenyaki style cooking. Awesome food. There is almost always a wait time, but considering the location it is not all that bad. This restaurant is about the same setup and menu as Sam's Anchor Inn on Highway 58 in Ginowan. A must visit for both.

Touristy place with fancy but robotic chefs displaying some teppenyaki tricks. The smell of smoke chokes you as there is 0 ventilation in this place. Beware if you have asthma.

Reasonable and nice performance (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)Other than seafood, they cook while performing on the iron plate in front of them. The contents of the performance will differ depending on the cook, but the cook in charge of this time dropped the pepper bottle about twice, but shy and performed wonderfully. The food was delicious.

Set menu is cheap. But food is normal.

It was the lunch that came with the sightseeing bus, but I was full. We recommend a drink with Shisa. You can get a souvenir Shisa for about 1,000 yen.

Totally loved this place. Great ambience and the decor is like the inside of a boat. I thought the prices were reasonable, we shared 2 large shrimps and beek steak. This came with 2 curry soups and a nice side salad. Add to that 2 alcoholic drinks, fried onions peppers and bean sprouts it came to 8000 yen. The chef was very skillful and a good laugh too. We would definitely return.

A fun Teppanyaki restaurant in a busy area of town. Parking may be a problem, and here is why I gave them 5 stars! I stopped my car nearby as my wife went into the restaurant to see if they had a table available (they are busy and reservations were needed). However, we were lucky that a table was available and when my wife asked the manager where we could park, he went out of his way to walk with my wife to the nearest car park and show her the directions how to get into that car park. Because of this, we were able to navigate through the side streets and park our car and enjoy a wonderful dinner. We enjoyed watching the the skilled maneuvers of the chef preparing our food. Overall atmosphere was fun, service and food good.Recommend to check it out if you like Teppanyaki

I used it for lunch.I went for several years, but it was delicious.It was embarrassing to be a little surprised to apprehend or applause (of course, not forcibly on his own character) because he was alone.When I tried to go the night before, all the customers were wearing sailor hats, so I was hesitant because I was alone.It is unknown whether it will be cool unless it is worn.I think it will be a fun meal if you go with your friends.The image shows the curry-flavored soup and the drink ordered.The drink Shisa container is included in the drink fee, and you can get a new same one as a souvenir at the time of accounting.

Food is nice and boss is funny.. price is reasonable as the quantity of food is quite a lot. 1 set meal can be shared by 2 person if you are a small eater.

It was delicious and the meat service was good. The on-site chef will also show the seasoning technology. The price is slightly more expensive and acceptable.

For tourists, the performance is interesting and the menu prices are conscientious.By the way, you can get the same cocktail as a gift.

My eyes hurt because of smoke. 換気扇は回してなかった？目が痛いほどの煙でした。Food tasted normally delicious, nothing special. Drinks were fancy, came with the glass that you could take home. Staffs were quite nice and polite but some are too young. I needed to wait longer than 5 mins (after I finished my food) to get the 伝票(bill), then I needed to wait in line to pay at the counter. Price is a bit high in my opinion. (Dinner starts FROM 2,500 each. Fancy drink is around 1,000.)

As a souvenir, wait until the goods are complete to buy and go shopping. The key point is that you can also bargain. Close to some stores to snooze time 1800-1900, unexpectedly there is a good transaction price.

Nice experience and staff are very attentive. The quality of the steak was as good as the chef that was cooking it. He had a bit of swag with this teppanyaki skills (Mr Tsukayama). They had some fantastic looking cocktails which came in a novelty glasses which you can take home. The only gripe I have was that the prawns we order were not cooked on the Hot plate like the steak and veg. All in all the food was really nice including the curry soup. It is a bit pricey but you are paying for the quality of the food and table side service.

Uncle will bake while performing.The next paisen was being tinkered with being watched and not sneaking meat (laugh)I wish I had a good time

We used lunch to eat during a company trip to Okinawa. It was a style that cook cooked steak cut on the iron plate in front of them and fried the cut vegetables on each plate. Three types of sauces, dry, sweet and wasabi soy sauce, were provided in a small plate, but personally I felt that wasabi sauce was in the steak. It was quite good to eat salt and pepper on the table and eat it alone. Since it is a popular shop, there is a queue before the opening at 11:30, so it is recommended that you go to the shop early and line up.

Where good memories remain. If you go on a Friday evening, the queue can be long. The splendid show on the iron plate is also worth seeing and the meat is delicious. A place where you can satisfy the five senses, such as the sounds you hear everywhere, the smell of meat grilling, and the show in front of you.

Simply put, Sam's Sailor Inn is a good time. The atmosphere is fun and the food is delicious. Also the location is awesome for those wandering around downtown Naha. The prices are a bit steep so it's hard to make this a habit. However, it is worth a visit if you're in the area. Highly recommended!
